We worked with a retail category management specialist and came up with a complete redesign of the stores' layout and design, including new signage, retail displays and materials. We also enhanced the customer experience by introducing touch screens, posters and educational post cards. The end result was a pharmacy that not only looked clean and comtemporary, but also provided customers with a more informed and pleasant shopping experience. * Project has not been fully implemented. Estimated completion by June 2013, with more in-situ spatial design photos to follow. Work done under Manic Design. A total of 6 parking floors — out of which only 4 had direct access to the shopping mall — presented us with a unique set of problems. We solved this by carefully tweaking the language on the feature walls, stairs and doors of every floor. Coupled with bold new type and separate LED lightboxes for drivers and shoppers, we are confident that people will no longer have any excuse to get lost! Work done under Manic Design.
